Roof cleaning starts from $4 per square metre for Colorbond and concrete tile roofs. Terracotta costs more because it's fragile and needs a slower, low-pressure treatment. Double-storey homes carry a small access surcharge.

No — houses get a soft wash: low pressure, typically under 500 PSI, plus specialised cleaning solutions that kill mould and algae at the root without damaging paint, render or weatherboard. High pressure is reserved for hard surfaces like concrete driveways and pavers.
